Aka, this needs fixing. Document kind: Live Set Search within Finder results with zero found files. ‘Live Set’ was typed in full, no auto-complete. So Apple made a dedicated downloads folder for MAC OS X Leopard to help remove clutter from the desktop, but left the location when one takes screenshots (Command + Option + 3), as the desktop.
